Upon booking a deposit is required to secure your booking which is 20% of the total amount. Should you cancel within 48 hours of your requested booking, you will forfeit the deposit amount as a cancellation fee, unless rescheduling. Cancellations prior to 48 hours will not incur a fee. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth & reliable booking system.

Please ensure upon your scheduled booking that all personal items & seat covers (if upholstery cleaning is requested) is removed prior. Centre consoles & glove boxes will be left as is if not emptied.

A power & water supply including a suitable space such as garage/carport or similar will be required to complete the detail.

In the event of rainfall we will still be able to operate in light rain however, if no shelter is provided you will receive a hydrophobic paint sealant instead of a microfiber towel dry. If heavy rain occurs your detail will be postponed for our next upcoming availability.

Every vehicle we detail is washed using our 2 bucket safe wash, we do so to minimize any marring occurring during the process. Because we’re a mobile service & we work in an outside environment with no control of contamination such as dust, dirt, mowers, wind, etc some contaminants could possibly land on the vehicle during the detail. We ensure to minimise the possibility of this happening, but in some situations it is out of our control. Please take note that we do not accept any responsibility of marring occurring.

We do not accept vehicles that have been coated by other businesses, only vehicles that have been coated by ourselves. If you'd like your vehicle detailed & it is ceramic coated by another business they should be performing any maintenance required on the vehicle.
